Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with 14 days of everything, and there's no credit card to start. After that, plans are $7.99, $12.99 or $19.99 a month (see Pricing).
Do I need kids to use it?
No. Most people use Grailhouse for their own collection: scans, prices, rips, breaks, grading and selling. The family features only show up if you add people.
Do I have to download an app?
No. Grailhouse runs in your phone's browser and on any computer. To open it like an app: on an iPhone, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, tap the menu, then Add to Home screen.
I have an invite code from a pack. Where does it go?
Tap “Have an invite code?” on the sign-up page. You don't need one to join.
Can my kids have their own accounts?
Kids don't sign up. A parent makes the login and adds each kid inside it. Each kid gets their own collection, lists and teams.
How does it know which card I have?
It reads the front and back and checks them against the set's checklist: the number, the insert, the parallel and the serial number. Anything it isn't sure about waits in Review with its best guesses, and fixing it is a tap.
Where do the prices come from?
Recent sold prices for that exact card at that grade, from eBay and other sale records. You see the individual sales, not just one number.
I already use Collectr (or Card Ladder, Ludex, Market Movers).
Export your collection as a CSV and bring it in from Add cards → Bring in a collection. A spreadsheet works too.
Is it only for sports cards?
Sports first. Pokémon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece and Lorcana are in there too, and K-pop photocards can be tracked.
Can I get my cards back out?
Yes. Cards → All cards → Export CSV downloads all of them, any time.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete my Grailhouse removes your cards, photos and login right away.
